Built for Northfleet's Tight Access
Sinoboom ML270EJ in Northfleet
Northfleet jobs are rarely open-field work. They are new-build blocks around Ebbsfleet, riverside units along the Thames, and terraced streets with a car or a wall in the way.
Our Sinoboom ML270EJ is built for exactly that: 10.3m working height, 3.3m of horizontal reach over obstacles, and a chassis under a metre wide that fits through a standard double gate.
Under 1m Wide. 10.3m Up. 3.3m Over.
The ML270EJ is a battery-powered mast lift with a jib. The platform rises to 8.3m and carries up to 200kg: two people indoors or one outdoors, with their tools.
We deliver from our Dartford base, a short run down the A2, so jobs in Northfleet, Ebbsfleet, Swanscombe and Istead Rise can usually be on site quickly.

What Northfleet Customers Hire It Our Cherry Pickers
From Ebbsfleet snagging to riverside units
These are the jobs we see most often in Northfleet, and why a compact mast lift handles them better than a large boom or a scaffold.
New-Build Snagging Around Ebbsfleet
Fascias, soffits, guttering and external lighting on two and three storey homes and low-rise blocks, working from finished roads and driveways.
Riverside Industrial Units
Cladding checks, signage and high-level lighting on units along the Thames, where a full scaffold would be overkill for a day's work.
Terraces & Older Buildings
Gutter clearance, chimney flashing checks and window work, with the 3.3m jib reaching up and over a front wall or a parked car.
Indoor High-Level Work
Two people and their tools on the platform for warehouse lighting, sprinklers and signage, with no exhaust fumes indoors.
Is It the Right Machine?
The ML270EJ suits work up to roughly a third-storey roofline. If you need more height or more than 3.3m of outreach, call us and we will tell you straight.

Northfleet FAQs
Will a cherry picker fit down a side alley in Northfleet?
The ML270EJ is 0.99m wide stowed, so it fits most side gates and alleys over a metre wide. Send us a photo of the access and we will confirm before delivery.
Can I use it on the new-build estates around Ebbsfleet?
Yes, on firm, level hardstanding such as finished roads and driveways. It is not designed for soft, unmade ground on active plots.
Can it reach over a front wall or a parked car?
Yes. The jib gives up to 3.3m of horizontal reach, so the platform can work over a low wall, hedge or parked car to reach gutters and windows.
How many people can work from the platform?
Two people indoors and one person outdoors, up to 200kg including tools.
